Adopt a piece

English version below

Adopt a piece

To thank you for your donation we offer, as you know, several rewards. And even though we of course think all our rewards are great, we do have a secret favorite: ‘Adopt a piece’.

By adopting a piece from Frieda’s collection, you truly become a part of fashion history. It will be thanks to you that the piece can be used and consulted as a part of the study collection. Your name will be mentioned on the label and sewed into the piece. Your name will also be connected to the object in the online archive and as an added bonus, adopted pieces will be photographed by a professional photographer and send to you by email.

When you adopt a piece from the study collection you contribute to preserving this collection, to developing educational material and an online archive of the pieces. It’s a unique and fun way to support the study collection. And, of course, adopting a piece also makes a great gift!

How does it work once I've adopted?

In the course of September 2017 we expect to have made a selection of the pieces from Frieda’s collection. In October 2017 we will contact everyone who adopted a piece via email, and through a list of images and descriptions you will be able to select your adopted piece.
