La tensión habitual te mantiene en conflicto con el campo gravitatorio de la Tierra

Al vivir en conflicto con el campo de fuerza mayor del planeta, parece como si uno se viera enfrentado con adversarios invencibles por doquier y la vida en general se hace cuesta arriba. Unos sacan pecho y echan valor al asunto, otros se hunden bajo el peso. Ambas formas conllevan una mala relación con el entorno, tanto en lo físico entre el cuerpo y el campo gravitatorio de la Tierra, como en lo psicosocial entre uno mismo y los demás.

Darse tiempo para los movimientos de la respiración permite orientarse en el entorno físico del campo gravitatorio de la Tierra. Dejando que sucedan sin forzarlos ni quedarse limitado por la tensión habitual, respiración a respiración uno puede ganarle terreno al patrón de tensión habitual que le mantiene en conflicto. Hace falta disciplina y constancia para irlo practicando cada día, momento a momento y con el tiempo se logra una transformación.

Annie B. Duggan y Janie French, creadoras del Duggan/French Approach (DFA) para el Reconocimiento de Patrones Somáticos, desarrollaron una intervención manual que introduce información nueva en el sistema establecido del patrón. La intervención manual se combina con el aprendizaje de la percepción sensorial en un espacio seguro donde procesos emocionales interrumpidos en el pasado puedan seguir su transcurso para dar lugar al siguiente paso y el equilibrio interno pueda restaurarse después de experiencias traumáticas. De esta forma, uno puede lograr resolver el conflicto y desarrollar una relación de participación con el entorno en un tiempo menor que si lo intentara a solas. Cuando se hayan encontrado formas alternativas de estar y moverse, sigue siendo cuestión de práctica irlas implementando en la vida de cada día.
