Your project sounds great, at the moment the only lots we have found are either so slow the rest of your family would have finished eating by the time you finished testing your food...or they are only available in USA! In our house there a 2 of us that are Celiacs and we love to travel...so your project would open a lot of doors for us...keep up the good work..and please sell it here in Catalonia when you are done! Good luck in the USA!
