• La Asociación Femnøise prepara el lanzamiento de la segunda fase de su plataforma digital contra la brecha de género en el ecosistema musical. Contempla la creación de una funcionalidad particular para el descubrimiento y comercialización de productos y servicios de mujeres y creadoras no binarias.
En el marco del programa Matchimpulsa10 y la campaña Matchfunding junto a Fundación Goteo, la asociación Femnøise por la igualdad de género, se encuentra en plena campaña por recaudar fondos que les permita avanzar hacia la segunda fase de la plataforma digital pre incubada por Barcelona Activa.
La plataforma diseñada por fases, lanzó en agosto del 2020 la primera dedicada a la ceración de la comunidad, como nos explica su directora Natalia San Juan, “Queríamos conocer y agrupar a las mujeres y disidencias que forman parte del ecosistema de la música, saber dónde están y qué tipo de actividades desarrollan. Para ello creamos un gran mapa global que funciona como motor de búsqueda, una red social para que las usuarias interactúen entre ellas y un apartado de nano cursos donde cada una de las usuarias puede contribuir con sus habilidades o conocimiento para empoderar la red”.
Un año más tarde, la comunidad sigue creciendo, ya cuenta con más de 2.800 usuarias de todos los continentes y ya se encuentra preparando el terreno para la nueva etapa que plantea la necesidad de generar la comercialización de talento, servicios y productos de mujeres y creadoras no binarias dentro de la industria.
FemMarket funcionará bajo la dinámica de un mercado multivendedora de nicho específico (el ecosistema de la industria de la música) donde cada creadora o profesional podrá generar su propio portfolio web personalizado y gratuito desde donde podrá vender/encontrar productos y servicios relacionados con las necesidades de otros y otras creadoras y de los diversos actores de la industria.
Al mismo tiempo contará con un sistema de booking automatizado para bandas, djs y solistas presentes en la industria, fomentando de este modo a contratación de talento nuevo y sub representado.
La invitación es a conocer y apoyar la campaña de Matchfunding en Goteo y acceder a una de las recompensas pensadas para hacer ruido y que se escuche alto en la industria de la música que se necesita una mayor representación. Cabe destacar que por cada aporte, se cuenta con beneficio fiscal donde hacienda devolverá un 80% del aporte donado al proyecto por parte de personas físicas, y un 35% del aporte donado por empresas.
