How to join Corazones Verdes, and win a couple of weekend getaways

The Crowdfunding project for Corazones Verdes is 6 days from the final deadline and we are still 1,500 euros short of our ideal financing target! For this reason, we are delighted to give the campaign one last push by announcing two new collaborators: Vinyols Camp and Ascociacion Vida Sana.
Imagine a farmer who, who during the 60s lived through the chemical revolution that transformed traditional farmland into the carnival of pesticides and fertilizers which dominate agriculture today. Imagine that this farmer realizes that something is not right: as the crop plagues have disappeared, so too have all their natural predators, along with the entire natural protection system for the crops. The fruits he harvests have an impressive appearance, but their taste has deteriorated, the soil grows more and more dependent on chemical products and loses its vitality: his local ecosystem is vanishing. Then, a German man arrives as if from the future, since in this matter his country has had a two year head-start, and tells the farmer that it’s time to start looking backwards to move forwards. And our farmer gets to work. Reconverting to ecological agriculture- Eva, the farmer’s daughter, was telling me this weekend- wasn’t easy. It was a process that lasted 5 years, because the soil was suffering from amnesia: it had forgotten its own nature. But this farmer, stubborn and certain of his work, was patient and gave the soil time, and, little by little, it recovered its lost wisdom and bear fruits once again.
It seems that this process left a deep mark on our protagonist, and he decided that he needed to share what he had learnt with others. He planned a space that would bring the individual closer to the earth, help him to understand it better and provide children with the opportunity to learn about nature in a respectful way… (Extract from this post by ‘La Ecoposmolita’)
Vinyols Camp is a beautiful ecological camp site located in Tarragona, close to Cambrils. It is a peaceful place that allows you to reconnect with the natural world around you, and it has been added to the list of Corazones Verdes collaborators by offering two weekend long staying in a small wooden cottage which houses 5 people, which will be rewarded to the next two individual contributions of more than €200. There are only two available, so make your donation quickly and not only will you be joining the fight against climate change, you will win an unforgettable weekend as well!
(Conditions: two weekends for each individual person who donates more than €200, in off season- check dates here- in a small wooden cottage with two bedrooms, houses 5 people. Bed sheets and tourist tax (50 cents per person per night) are not included. Subject to availability.
