    Learn from the chef!

    Do you like cooking? If the answer is "yes", then it's the best reward for you! You will become our chef's trainee attending four two-hour sessions, given once a week, where you will have a chance to see how he cooks and make all the questions you like. He will share his secrets with you and will explain you the bases of a healthy and organic cuisine, so that you can surprise your family or friends at home. We are creating a restaurant that will offer 100% organic and natural food. It will be open for everyone, including persons with gluten or lactose intolerance, food allergies or diabetes, vegetarians, vegans or just those who care about their diet and health and are concerned with the impact they leave on the planet.

It is a surprising and pleasant gastronomic experience in a warm and welcoming environment. It is a place of sociocultural meeting where the art manifests in everything and awakens the 5 senses with tastes, smells, colours, sounds and textures. Description of the project. Main features, strengths and differentials.

We have a commitment of making all our dishes of 100% organic products: vegetables, flours, legumes, as well as condiments and oils. The quality of each dish begins at the moment of choosing the ingredients, that's why for us it's so important that the products come directly from local farmers, being the freshest and the yummiest possible, besides being cultivated in a natural way without using chemical fertilizers. At the same time, we see it as a way of giving all our support to the organic farming and fair trade, promoting the responsible consumption with our own example.

We bet on the "slow food", as alternative to the fast food and the "junk food", because we are convinced that nourishing you with foods cooked with natural unprocessed ingredients that our land gives us in each season, using traditional craft techniques without altering natural processes, will bring you more energy and more health and will improve your physical and emotional well-being.

We are passionate about doing our work in the same way that our our grandmothers did: with care and dedication, without hurries, treating the food the way it deserves, with love, generosity and the joy of knocking on your hearts with the dishes we serve you. For us the best reward is to see the surprise, the pleasure and the satisfaction in your eyes!

Our commitment is also with all of you - persons with coeliac disease, as well as those who have other food allergies or metabolic disorders (dairy or egg allergy, obesity, diabetes). Indeed, we aspire to enhance the quality of your lives and contribute to your day-to-day well-being, promoting a healthy way of life and offering you the dishes that are not only delicious for all plates, but are also 100% safe for you.

Everything we do, we do it with social and environmental conciousness, working sustainably and respecting the ecosystem, with full transparency in our service, facilities and suppliers, who also share our values. We will be eager to inform you about the origin of our raw materials or show you our kitchen, which is always clean and spotless, showing you what utensils we use and how seriously we are concerned about your health and security.

Our personal and professional experience together with the immense passion we have always felt about cooking and nature, have lead us to create a new restaurant concept in a different gastronomic place open to everyone.

We will be happy to see all those who, as well as us, think that "We are what we eat" and want to come to enjoy a creative cuisine that will not only fascinate you with a variety of tastes and colours but is also nutritious and beneficial for your health. We aspire our cuisine to be free of artificial ingredients, based on the Mediterranean culinary traditions with exotic touch and vegetarian influence, always cooked using seasonal organic products coming from local farmers, with patience and love, attention to detail, dedicating it the necessary time and positive energies.

Our doors are open to everyone! We want each person that comes to our house, having a coeliac disease, diabetes, being vegetarian or vegan, or just the one that is concerned about his/her health and nutrition, to have an offer adapted to his/her needs. That's why we'll always listen to you attentively.

Goals of the crowdfunding campaign

Spreading and promoting the healthy way of life, environment consciousness and responsible consumption.

Demonstrating with our own example that a business can be based on socio-environmental values and generate tangible and intangible benefits, not only for the proper team and the clients, but also for the local economy and the society as a whole.

Enhancing the quality of life of persons with coeliac disease, lactose intolerance, food allergies, overweight or diabetes and contributing to their day-to-day well-being, at the same time drawing social attention to their problems.

Supporting local businesses and organic farmers that choose native crops and natural cultivation methods and don't use chemical fertilizers or pesticides, preserving the traditions.

Our team includes people with experience in hospitality sector, marketing, communication, financial and general management, as well as a qualified team to accomplish the premises refurbishment, including architects, decorators, sound and light technicians.
