General information
Santosh is one of the boys who live in the home Shantidhara Chimallapali Hostel of India that we fund from Piyalu Association.
Within three months Santosh is ending high school. Santosh is a truly talented boy and an excellent student. Currently ranks fifth in the ranking of their school, where there are 5000 children. Santosh hopes to pursue a career and deserves a scholarship. His family and his community are poor. If he becomes an engineer he can help all his people.

By helping Santosh you are also supporting their fellow students and their families. When they finish their studies children return to their villages and families. Their knowledge and training are helpful for the whole community. They will protect their families and contribute to the growth and welfare of their community.
In the video you will see Santosh's family, how young are his parents and his grandmother admirable determination. They are people from a rural community who have survived centuries of hardship and an inner strength encourages them. We invite you to discover this energy in the young boy and also in the grandmother.
Why this is important
Santosh's career begin in June and will last four years. Now let's get the money for the first two years.
But the project is ongoing and Shantidhara Piyalu not finished until 2016 that all
children have completed their primary studies. The project is ongoing, although the campaign is timely. If the proposed amount is reached, Santosh studies in first and second race will be secured.
Goals of the crowdfunding campaign
We want that Santosh can start his career as an engineer.
We also want to finance a solidary project with eight-year history. Thirty children in Chimallapali are fighting for their studies. They trust you, they know that you are going to support them.
Piyalu association consists of a core of five people and a wider circle of about 35. We have extensive experience in project management, communication and managing community.
Garí Clara is an artist and director of the Center for Contemporary Creation Nau Coclea in Camallera, Spain, an independent art research center. She also teaches cultural management.
Sonia Jimenez Cook is an economist and consultant humanist.
