    Una sessió holística de Ioga de 3 hores i mitja, on treballarem les diferents tècniques de Ioga.

    Durant la sessió farem una parada i prendrem un petit refrigeri ecològic a base d' infusions, galetes i fruita.

    SEMINARI DE IOGA AMB UNA NIT INCLOSA

    Arribada el divendres tarda. Farem una benvinguda i sopar vegetarià. Dormir en les nostres instal-lacions.

    L'endemà al matí, dissabte, primer farem una meditació amb shirin yoku al nostre petit bosc-jardí. Esmortzarem amb aliments ecològics, vegetarians i de casa nostra. Continuarem el matí amb una pràctica d'unes dos hores i mitja de ioga. Dinarem amb aliments ecològics,vegetarians i de casa nostra.

    Desprès d'un petit descans, continuarem la tarda amb ioga nidra i més pràctica de ioga, adequada a la tarda. Farem un petit refrigeri ecològic amb galetetes i infusions i donarem per acabada la jornada a les 19h aproximadament.
